International Military - The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has not yet come to light. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine which began on February 24, 2022 is still attracting a lot of attention. In particular, it was also known beforehand regarding the threats given by Russia to Western countries if they went directly to help Ukraine.
It is known that Russia has said that it will use nuclear weapons if indeed the West is found to have stepped in directly to help Kyiv. Reporting from the News Week page, it is currently reported that Russia is conducting nuclear drills. It is known that this nuclear exercise was carried out in the Lvanovo Province, northeast of Moscow which has also been reported directly by Russian sources.
Not only that, it was also reported that this nuclear exercise was deliberately carried out on Russian soil by Moscow troops. For this training session, there are 1,000 soldiers who are known to have been involved during this process. More than 100 vehicles including the Yars intercontinental ballistic missile launcher also took part in the exercise.
It is known, reports related to nuclear drills carried out by Russia following the announcement of the US agreeing to send an aid package to Ukraine. The aid package is reportedly worth 700 million dollars which has been prepared for immediate delivery. The aid is known to have included helicopters, anti-tank weapons systems, as well as medium-range high-mobility artillery rocket systems.
In his report, this was a weapon that Zelensky had been asking for over the past few weeks. It is hoped that Kyiv will soon be able to match the weapons and firepower of Russia.
Regarding this, Joe Biden said that with this medium-range rocket, it would later help Ukraine in the attack. This of course will immediately hit the main target correctly in conditions on the battlefield later. Not only that, it is also said that these rockets will be able to help Ukrainian troops to target Russian artillery.
But of course, Ukrainian troops will still need training on the new system, for up to two weeks. Quoted from the Washington Post, Biden also said that these rockets can hit enemies up to 50 miles away. "America's goal is very simple, we want to see a Ukraine that is democratic, independent, sovereign and prosperous," Biden said.
This made him step up to send a lot of aid to Ukraine, which is currently facing a conflict with Moscow. Answering this statement finally made Russia angry, and said that it had carried out the nuclear exercise. Which, according to the Kremlin, this is the way Western countries helping Ukraine will later face.
But in this regard, Biden said the United States had no intention of provoking the conflict further. "At the moment we see no indication that Russia has any intention of using nuclear weapons in Ukraine, although Moscow occasionally shakes the nuclear sword itself," Biden said. If the two countries move further, of course there will be hope that World War III could break out. However, it is still not certain whether Russia will really issue their nuclear weapons.
Russia should be very careful because already the west is involved in their war with Ukraine.Foreign troops are aiding local troops already from my observation.
