International Military - The British Navy aircraft carrier HMS Prince of Wales (R09) experienced problems with its propeller shaft on Saturday afternoon (27/8). Currently the ship is anchored temporarily to undergo inspections and to reduce the potential for greater damage.
Citing UKDJ news, divers have been dispatched to see in more detail what damage occurred after the damage was detected from above the surface. After inspection by divers, it is possible that the propeller shaft on the right is damaged. It is not yet known whether the ship can continue its voyage or wait for repairs in place.
