In its latest launch, the A-29N has been equipped with complete equipment and features to meet NATO's operational needs. Some of these include the new datalink and single pilot operations. These new features make it possible to support JTAC (Joint Terminal Attack Controller) training missions.

In its development, the training equipment will also be upgraded towards the standardization of training aircraft in the world. Including virtual, augmented and mixed reality. Created as a highly versatile aircraft, the A-29 Super Tucano can also perform a variety of combat missions. Some of them, such as air surveillance and interception, are also used for combat missions.

For its own flying hours, the A-29N has flight hours of up to 500,000 flying hours with more than 60,000 hours in combat. This was reported directly by the Embraer company in the April 2022 notes. In addition, this one aircraft has the ability to simulate combat missions.

The A-29N can upload and download flight data and makes for a very effective training platform. As a multifunctional aircraft, the A-29N is equipped with various advanced sensors and weapons. These include electro-optical/infrared systems with laser pointers, secure voice communications, night vision goggles and data link packages.

With its capabilities and features, the A-29N NATO has been proposed by more than 15 air forces in the world. Globally, until now it has been recorded that 260 aircraft made by the Brazilian factory have been delivered to different countries.
